The mechanical suspension absorbs the energy of each wave and allows the seat to move in the same motion as the occupant to minimize impact. Traditional shock mitigation and suspension technology bounce vertically, resulting in the occupant's feet leaving the ground and hands lose control of the steering/throttle. The natural, flowing motion of the mariner suspension seat enables the operator to maintain positive steering and throttle control in the harshest of conditions.
