This seat is designed for occupants who need comfort and support for a full shift. The seat offers a 21.5" wide cushion with a dual layer foam system. The bottom layer of the foam is a high-density foam for support and the top layer is soft for comfort. The XL Helm Seat also comes with proprietary Elastomeric Vibration Control (EVC), the support holding the cushion. It is a trampoline type material that stretches with the occupant to absorb some impact and reduce vibration and fatigue. This seat is designed to be mounted on a pedestal, directly to the boat, or a suspension.
